Mallard Creek Polymers became a privately held company of Parekh Capital Group focused primarily on Rovene® styrene-butadiene emulsions.

MCP purchased the BarrierPro®, Tychem®, Tykote®, Tylac® products and related technology from Dow Reichhold Specialty Latex
